Genia has been with tm since 2012 and is tmgroup’s Client Support Manager, overseeing the frontline support delivered in the tmconnect,tmconvey and Service Delivery (Support) teams. Outside work she enjoys spending time with her family, watching football and walking her dogs Cleo and Minnie.
Jane has worked at tmgroup since 2005. Originally joining tmgroup as a trainer she is now Client Delivery Manager co-ordinating tmconnect client onboarding and providing support to internal teams to ensure the process runs smoothly. Prior to joining tmgroup she had worked in the Legal sector' for eleven years. Jane lives with her husband and two cats, and in her spare time she enjoys going to the cinema, keeping fit at the gym and cycling.
Kate is tmgroup’s Supplier Manager. Her day to day role involves engaging with suppliers to ensure we receive the best service possible for our customers. Outside of work Kate enjoys spending time with her family, going to the theatre and gardening.
Tim is Service Delivery Manager, this involves managing the Service Delivery (Processing) team, order pipelines, suppliers and orders. Away from work Tim likes nothing more than going on days out with his wife and son.
Kerry is a tmconnect Team Leader at tmgroup, her day to day role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers and ensuring the highest level of customer support is given. Outside of work, Kerry enjoys being outdoors with her family, finding adventures and creating games.
Jenny has been with tm since 2003 and now works mainly with Commercial Clients. Jenny enjoys watching football, especially Swindon Town football club. She also likes travelling, wine and Kit-Kats.
Ben deals with all aspects of business support: residential, commercial and B2B. Primarily he deals with the B2B clients. His outside interests include reading, music, TV and films.
Megan is a Senior Client Service Advisor and her day to day role is to look after clients by answering and solving their queries and always providing the best customer service. Outside of work Megan likes to go out for dinner, watch box sets with her partner and go on lots of holidays.
Steve is a Client Support Advisor at tmgroup and his day to day role involves assisting clients with setting up cases and uploading plans over the phone. In his spare time Steve is a DJ playing all types of music for all types of occasions.
Billy joined tmgroup as a Client Support Advisor and this entails maintaining inboxes and responding to clients regarding their searches and providing excellent customer over the phone. Away from work Billy enjoys spending time with his family and friends, going to the gym and watching football.
Roisin is a Client Support Advisor at tmgroup and this involves giving the best client service and assistance whilst also building strong relationships over the phone. Outside of work you can find Roisin off on her travels or spending time with her friends.
Nigel manages tm's Managed Services team and is proud to have been with tm for many years now. Outside of work, most of Nigel's time is spent running around after his young daughter and enjoying quality time with his wife.
Louise is Premium Services Team Leader and her daily role involves running the Premium Service team and managing tmgroup’s clients who are on Premium terms and conditions, ensuring a Premium service is delivered at all times. Outside of work, Louise likes to spend time with her partner, two children, family and friends. She also loves watching tv series box sets, improving and decorating her home, going out for dinner and drinking a good cocktail.
Josh is a Senior Client Service Advisor on the Premium Service team and his role involves delivering a Premium Service to tmgroup’s clients that are on Premium terms and conditions. Josh enjoys spending time with his family and friends and has a keen interest in football, following Swindon Town up and down the country. He has recently started going to the gym and likes watching old school British TV programmes.
Joe joined the business in early 2018 having spent over 20-years delivering technology and managed service solutions to the financial and legal services communities. He now leads the tm business in seeking to develop new technology solutions to meet the ever changing needs of the UK property market. Whilst retaining a keen interest in sport and current affairs, outside of work Joe spends most of his time these days with his wife and three young children at home in Bedfordshire.
Nick joined tmgroup in July 2019 having worked in various finance leadership roles in the student accommodation and retail sectors for the majority of his career. As Chief Financial Officer he is responsible for all matters relating to the financial control and corporate governance of tm, with day-to-day responsibility for the effective operation of the finance function as well as giving commercial support and advice to the wider business. With two grown up children his “dad’s taxi” responsibilities have reduced, so is now able to have more regular games of golf which he enjoys. Nick also likes nothing more than a bit of cycling as well as doing a lot of walking, which has included doing the 3 Yorkshire Peaks with his daughter.
Having studied engineering at Brunel University, Paul has over 25 years’ experience of implementing large scale IT platforms. Since joining tm in 2002, Paul has been instrumental in creating robust and efficient services that are used by many property professionals today. Paul's tenacity and drive in his role as Managing Director for the past 7 years has seen him establish tmgroup as a leading supplier of searches to the industry. More recently in the role of COO, Paul has been extending tm’s offering to include the MIO product which aims to build a shared digital view of the property chain and enables the consumer and estate agent to see exactly what is going on with their property transaction. Married with 2 daughters and a keen sailor, Paul has regularly involved tm in the IT industry's Silicon Cup Sailing regatta where his natural competitiveness has enthused both colleagues and business partners to take part in the challenge.
Emma joined tmgroup in 2018 as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing her in depth understanding of the operating environment for property professionals to lead tmgroup’s sales, marketing and product development teams. Since October 2019, Emma is now Managing Director of mio and is pleased to take the lead role in the next chapter of the journey for tmgroup with mio; a sales progression and communication tool created by property experts for property experts. Outside of work, Emma loves travel, photography, and interior design
Jane has worked for tm since 2003, originally joining the company as a Regional Training Manager before progressing to the role of Operations Director. Jane is now Client Experience Director, focussing on the overall client experience tmgroup delivers. Jane spends most of her free time running after her two young sons, but does find time for the occasional shopping trip or a quiet half hour to read a good book.
Michael runs tm's Scottish brand; Property Searches Scotland. He joined the business in mid-2012 and, together with a skilled team of experienced property search agents, has delivered a successful business with a market share exceeding 20%. In his spare time Michael enjoys hillwalking and running and is a regular marathon runner, most recently in Valencia where his claims of the hilly route affecting his time are being questioned.
Building on over 16 years’ experience with tmgroup, Jon Horton is pleased to take a lead role in the next chapter of the journey for tmgroup with mio; a sales progression and communication tool created by property experts for property experts. Living in Aylesbury with his wife and two daughters, Jon is a volunteer swimming coach and takes an active role in the management of his local club. When spare time allows he participates in triathlons
Driven and passionate, Craig brings a strong track record of sales success and in-depth knowledge of legacy of business process automation to his role as Product Director – tmconnect. He lives in Northampton with his wife, 3 daughters, 2 cats and a dog – and in his spare time enjoys playing golf, walking, tending to his allotment and supporting Manchester United.
Nick joined tmgroup in November 2014 and has over 28 years of experience in the property market and is well known in the industry. He has an enviable knowledge of the marketplace and is keen to build relationships with businesses of all sizes. In his role as Head of Business Development, Nick has been instrumental in the progress of the Business Development and Account Management proposition. He is responsible for managing the field based team, is passionate about providing excellent customer service and focused on driving market intelligence to achieve growth. In his spare time, Nick is a keen sportsman, more watching than participating these days, and has a season ticket at Stoke City. Other passions include travel, food and music.
Martin joined tmgroup as Head of Account Management in 2019. He is responsible for the retention and development of tmconvey clients through a national account management team as well as developing our end to end solutions with the tmconnect and mio teams. Outside of work Martin enjoys playing golf or cycling with his partner and daughter when weather permits however when weather doesn’t permit he is an armchair sports fan.
Jamie joined tmgroup in March 2015 as a Business Development Manager, but was promoted to the role of Key Account Manager after just 12 months. Now Senior Key Account Manager, with a decade of experience in the property market, Jamie calls upon a wealth of knowledge and expertise, working closely with our existing portfolio of clients to bring them market-leading online property and conveyancing solutions. He has a keen interest in travelling, however these days most of his spare time is enjoyed with his wife and young daughters.
Nicola joined tm in July 2013 as a Business Development Manager & has been promoted to the role of Key Account Manager, working with legal firms based across the country. With many years of working within the industry, Nicola has an extremely consultative approach and works closely with her existing portfolio of clients. With a primary focus on service performance and delivering the right solutions to her clients. Outside of her tm life, she loves dancing of all types, enjoys a spot of singing, & she loves spending time with her family & friends.
Clare joined tm in December 2016 as Business Development Manager, responsible for the South East. Clare has a wealth of experience in the property industry with a career spanning over 25 years, including estate agency, account management and training. She is married, lives in Oxfordshire and has three sons, of which two are in the music business. Clare loves socialising and is at her happiest when at a good party, surrounded by her family and friends. Her other passions include travel, reading and keeping fit.
Joel joined tmgroup in September 2018 as Business Development Manager in the South West. His role involves working with legal professionals to identify ways to streamline their conveyancing processes and helping law firms to grow. Outside work Joel is a sport fanatic and spends a lot of time in Manchester following his beloved Manchester United, he also enjoys going out for dinner and socialising with friends.
Joe joined tmgroup in early 2018 as an Account Manager. His role is to understand our clients business and build strategic partnerships helping them to create efficiencies. Joe’s spare time is spent cooking for family and friends and going on city breaks – especially to Italy where he spent his honeymoon.
John Mackenzie is a Business Development Manager at tmgroup and spends his days enlightening law firms to the time saving benefits and features that tm can provide their Residential and Commercial Property Teams. Understanding how their businesses operate, in order to help them find ways to grow and work more efficiently and effectively. John enjoys spending his spare time with his 2 young sons. This will inevitably involve Football/Cinema/Video Games. He is also a keen Horse Racing fan and a follower of Chelsea Football Club.
Lee joined tmgroup in June 2018 as Business Development Manager in the North West. His role involves speaking to legal professionals, getting to know their business and helping to streamline their procedures. Most of Lee’s spare time is taken up with this 7 month old daughter, however he also enjoys spending time outdoors, either fishing, walking or cycling.
Alex has worked for tm since 2004, originally joining as a Regional Training Executive. Her current role is that of Account Manager, responsible for account managing existing clients and supporting new clients. In her spare time, Alex does trip planning for people visiting Florida, in particular Disney and the other parks in Orlando, and provides information for travel forums. She is a budding chef and would like to be on Masterchef one day.
Sam is a highly motivated dedicated professional combining over 20 years’ experience in account management and new business development. She is known for developing trusting relationships, has a friendly, consultative and personable approach to account management and a natural flair for developing long-term mutually beneficial relationships. Sam joined tmgroup in September 2017 and her main aim is to focus on delivering exceptional customer service by working closely with law firms to develop long-term partnerships whilst helping them to understand the ever changing environment in which they do business.
Amanda joined tmgroup in January 2016 bringing with her a host of experience within the property industry. Amanda is based in the South East and works closely with our partner law firms supporting and developing their businesses and ensuring their ‘tm experience’ is the best it can be. For fun Amanda loves anything equestrian – particularly dressage and rides several times a week, and loves spending time with her Jack Russell, Polly. Amanda is a keen supporter of her local Rugby club girls’ team and is social secretary to the club.
Adrian joined tmgroup in 2005 and as DBA Team Lead, manages the team of DBA’s and SQL Developers. He is responsible for all of the database and data warehouse systems, this includes designing data models, performance tuning, maintaining the database infrastructure and providing business intelligence to the business. Outside of work, Adrian’s main hobbies are photography and Lego. He has been lucky enough to travel the world photographing wildlife, he is especially keen on taking pictures of whales.
Russel manages the team responsible for the delivery of location services to internal and external customers. Russel, is in essence, all things related to maps and addressing in the solutions tmgroup delivers. Outside of work, Russel’s diversions include his children, walking, cycling, photography and other outdoor pursuits.
Chris started working with tmgroup as a Consultant in 2012, and joined the family officially in 2014. He currently manages four development teams working across the tm suite of software. A coder at heart, Chris likes to unwind after a hard day by spending his evenings doing a little leisurely programming.
Rhys has been with tmgroup since 2001 and holds the role of Development Team Lead and UX Principal. Over the years Rhys has contributed to most of tm’s web applications past and present and is currently responsible for the user experience of tm’s newest services. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, computer games and spending time with his family.
Mark is a Development Team Lead at tmgroup and manages the connect development team in setting up, maintaining and improving panels and the functionality which tm group provide. In his spare time, Mark enjoys 10k runs, creating websites for friends and learning new technologies. His favourite past time is spending time with his newly wedded wife visiting cities or watching films at home with their cats.
Simon is a Development Team Lead at tmgroup and looks after the team that mostly services the development needs of tmgroup’s internal users. Spending time with his family and playing board games when time allows are Simon’s interests outside of work.
Paul has been with the business for over 18 years. His primary function is to manage tmgroup’s IT support and 1st line support teams and facilities issues. In his spare time Paul runs and maintains a West Ham match worn football shirt website.
Rachel is Head of Delivery at tmgroup and is responsible for the delivery of technical development across all of tmgroup’s products and internal functions. Away from work Rachel loves to keep busy and juggles exercise, 4 children, volunteer work, horse riding and looking after her menagerie of ducks, chickens, cats, ponies and the occasional rescue case.
Sally joined tmgroup as a Project Manager in the IT team being responsible for the management and delivery of software projects, working closely with the projects stakeholders. Away from work Sally is a keen Salsa dancer and archer.
Gary joined tmgroup in 2012 as a Project Manager in the IT team being responsible for the management and delivery of software projects, working closely with the projects stakeholders. Outside of work, Gary likes to spend his time (weather permitting) cycling with his wife or lugging a camera around looking for that shot worthy enough to submit to the Countryfile calendar competition.
Shaun joined as Systems Integration Project Manager. He has over 15 years’ experience working within software development and brings with him a wealth of experience of system integrations across a number of industry sectors. He is responsible for managing system integrations between TM solutions and our customers case management systems. Outside of work, Shaun enjoys spend time with his family, walking, cycling and traveling the world.
Lee-Ann is a Product Delivery Manager at tmgroup, guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team by ensuring continuous delivery is possible. Lee-Ann’s favourite past times are cycling and walking her dogs.

Introduction from the Managing Director
Slavery and human trafficking remains a hidden blight on our global society. We all have a responsibility to be alert to the risks, however small, in our business and in the wider supply chain. Staff are expected to report concerns, and management are expected to act upon them.
Modern slavery is a criminal offence under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Modern slavery can occur in various forms, including servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. This document sets out the policy of tmgroup with the aim of the prevention of opportunities for modern slavery to occur within its businesses or supply chain. This policy’s use of the term ‘modern slavery’ has the meaning given in the Act. As tmgroup has an annual turnover in excess of £36m, we are required by the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to provide a statement of intent to all of our employees and suppliers.

Our supply chain includes obtaining property searches from Local Authorities and other professional Search providers, outsourced payroll, office stationery providers, IT Vendors, recruitment consultants, site maintenance contractors, cleaning contractors, external storage, kitchen supplies and waste disposal.

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We expect all those in our supply chain and contractors to comply with our values. The SMT and all managers are responsible for compliance in their respective departments and for their supplier relationships.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to relevant members of staff. All Directors have been briefed on the subject.
